i just sent my printer to the printer shop. The technician said there is a problem with it’s motherboard. I just hope they can fix it.

I suggest you testing your cartridges with other, if the error message still appeared, I think there is must be something damaged in the inside or some part is not work normally.

As I know, the printer will appear error code message for normal cases.

thanks for reply..there’s no msg error because only the alarms light appear (with orange light)..the display panel that usually show the graphic sign also dimmed..

i’ve tried to follow the reset procedure that mentioned above,my problem is the power light is not lit even i press and hold the two buttons (on/off & stop/reset) for about 2 minutes..

when i turn on my canon pixma MP145, the power button blink 1 time (with green light) and then the alarm button flashing (with orange light). There is no connection between my laptop and this printer..how can i solve this problem..?
