Hard reset procedures for Dell Axim X3/X3i/X30

1. Press and hold the power button while you press the reset button for about 6 seconds.
2. Release both buttons and you will see a confirmation screen asking you if you would like to clear all data in memory.
3. Then press the Contacts button.
4. To cancel, press the Mail button.
