1. Unplug power and USB.
2. Open door and hold power button.
3. Connect power.
4. Close door, then release power button.

or Step 1: Manual for service mode
1. Turn off the printer. And disconnect the printer cable.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, plug power printer.

I would like thanks to visitor who remember me that the below is not for resetting but the procedure is for installing a CISS, I hope for everyone who knows how to reset Epson T10-, Epson T11 dan Epson Tx200 let me know or write a complete article to me.  Because most of people need about the resetting for free.
